We are happy to refund or exchange if the goods are returned strictly within 7 days (dispatch date is counted as day 1) of our dispatch date and are returned unused, in their original packaging and with all tags attached. Please note that lingerie items are final sale P&P and we regret that they cannot be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receipt of goods back into the shop, and payment refunded to the relevant credit card. This does not affect your statutory rights.
